The drinks will start flowing extra early in Hoboken for the women's World Cup now that city officials have passed a temporary ordinance. The FIFA Women's World Cup is underway in Australia and New Zealand. Hoboken officials wanted to give fans a chance to celebrate while keeping the 14-hour time difference in mind. The Hoboken City Council voted in a 7-1 vote to change the hours of operation for bars and restaurants that have liquor licenses.
