Owners of the site of a former pet resort on the Jersey City-Hoboken border near the entrance to the Holland Tunnel are expected to take another step toward transforming it into a 14-story twin tower development with more than 600 residential units. The 613-unit project at 16th Street and Marin Boulevard, proposed by Hoboken-based developer Pegasus Partners, is expected to be reviewed by the Jersey City Planning Board Tuesday. The project site, 619 Marin Blvd., currently comprises of the now-closed Jersey City Unleashed pet resort, a warehouse and a construction yard.
