The second "West of Willow" performance in Hoboken, with Karen Kuhl and others, will raise money for Planned Parenthood. Seating is limited. HOBOKEN, NJ — On the west side of Hoboken — away from the waterfront and Washington Street — shops and artists may be less visible. But they're trying to change that. The second "West of Willow" live music and writing performance will be held later this month, and like last time, it's raising money for a nonprofit. The event, to be held March 23 at Cafe Vista, a coffee shop at 527 Monroe St.
