Jersey City has always been a hub for cultural diversity, and that diversity will be on full display Saturday when the Jersey City Caribbean Statewide Carnival Parade returns with its 28th edition on July 22 with a noon starting time at Lincoln Park along John F. Kennedy Blvd. Parade day will be followed on Sunday, July 23, with Heal & Release Day at Pier A Park on Sinatra Drive along the Hoboken waterfront.
