The Hoboken police were able to find the bike because it was an e-bike and they pinged it, police said. (Shutterstock)HOBOKEN, NJ — The Hoboken police arrested a Hoboken woman and a Jersey City man on Thursday after a delivery person's ebike was stolen the day before.Police said that Heather Trautz, 45, of Hoboken and Roberto Burgos, 36, of Jersey City were arrested on Thursday around 4 p.m. They were charged with theft of moveable property. On Wednesday, police said, a delivery person's bike was stolen near Eleventh and Grand streets.
