A Jersey City man who was sent on his way after causing a disturbance at a Hoboken pharmacy at 3:20 a.m. Tuesday was attacking police and threatening to kill them less than an hour later, authorities said. Steven Youmans, 37, was arrested at 4 a.m. and charged with robbery, seven counts of terroristic threats, aggravated assault and resisting arrest, Hoboken Lt. Jonathan Mecka said.
