Jersey City is looking to Hoboken to partner up, but on this occasion, it's not for firefighting. Instead, Jersey City is planning to help put food on the table for needy students in the neighboring city via its summer meals program, with an partnership agreement up for a vote before the Jersey City City Council Wednesday. The program, which would run from July 5 to Aug. 25, would provide weekday breakfast and lunch to Hoboken students from grades K-12 who qualify for free or reduced lunch. About 615 students, or 19.
