Jersey City and Hoboken were among five New Jersey cities to get a perfect score for LGBTQ+ inclusivity in an annual report. (David Allen/Patch)NEW JERSEY — Five cities and towns in New Jersey received perfect scores for LGBTQ+ inclusivity recently, according to the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation's 11th annual Municipal Equality Index, which evaluated hundreds of locales around the nation.The HRC graded on a 1-100 scale in its report, released in partnership with The Equality Federation Institute.
