Almost all of the flooding in Hoboken has receded, but the grit remains. See photos around the mile-square city from Monday morning. Reply HOBOKEN, NJ — It wasn't a nor'easter or tropical storm, but it was a lot of rain. After a three-day storm blew into North Jersey this past weekend, several roads were flooded, particularly on the west side of Hoboken. After the tide went down, so did the pools of water, although a barricade was still up at Third and Jackson streets Monday morning. You can see the rain totals here.
