Police had already charged a teen in connection with a carjacking in Hoboken's public housing, and now have charged a second suspect. HOBOKEN, NJ — Hoboken Police Department's Investigations Bureau, led by Detective Michael Losordo, arrested 20-year-old Jaliyl Johnson of Bayonne this week, following a 14-month investigation into a 2022 carjacking and shooting. On March 28, 2022, at approximately 7:45 p.m., Johnson approached a man who was in his car in a parking lot between 540 and 560 Marshall Dr.
